Yikes! Homeopathy to the Rescue…

I am sure the neighbours thought a murder was happening in my house last night. I dropped a large frozen roast on my foot while trying to get it into a bowl for thawing. I really scared my dog!
After the all the screaming and foul language stopped, I thought about what I would do about it.
I immediately took one dose of Arnica 200ch for trauma, pain, and bruising and rubbed topical Arnica cream into the damaged toe and top of foot. Then I rested with my foot raised with an ice pack. I will be taking another dose of Arnica today. I am wearing sandals as pressure on the toe causes pain but I do not think that there is a fracture or any broken bones. It does not hurt very much today. However, I will be adding Symphytum 30ch to my plan tomorrow, just in case. Symphytum has been proven to help facilitate the knitting of bones. I will be adding Calc Phos 6x twice daily in a few days to help complete the healing process.
Now having told you my treatment plan, please be aware that Homeopathy is very individualized and what I have done for myself may not work for you. If you think your injury is severe, you should consider an Xray and go from there and/or contact your favourite Registered Homeopath or other health care professional.
